So week 2 is over. I lost 7lbs during week 1 and lost 4.4lbs during week 2. Not as much as I hoped but 4lbs in one week is still awesome! I did stall out a bit during the week but it eventually came off. Emily and I are changing the diet around a bit this week and are going to see how it goes. I still can't tell that I've lost much weight but others are saying they can. Good thing I weigh myself everyday or else I would have no idea if I've lost any. Some of my pants are fitting a tad bit looser but not by much yet. I think my belly fat from having 3 kids will be the last to go probably. We'll I'll report again next week and we'll see how things go.
