hCG Week 1

So week 1 went pretty well, a little over 7lbs down, even though I cheated almost every day that week lol. Now that things have calmed down and I know I won't be as busy I figure if I do well all week long then I can cheat just a little on weekends but I have to stay within my calorie range and I can't cheat more than two day. I gained .6lbs after four days of cheating in a row and I don't want to repeat that. So this week I'm starting new and am going to work hard to keep up on this diet. I'm feeling good and more hungry than I was last week in the mornings but I've been eating clean the past two days so I think my body is just trying to recover from all my cheating days I've had. Of course I'm going to try to stay on my diet over the weekend also but I won't put myself down or anything if I go off as long as I don't eat a bunch of junk or eat too much. Here's to week 2!
