Welcome!

Welcome to my blog about my adventures in Weight loss. I decided to make this blog so that I will push myself and feel more responsible for my actions knowing that I will be updating my workout goals and losses and knowing that someone will be checking this to see how I'm doing. Whatever you're doing (running, walking, going to the gym, at-home workouts, just trying to eat better, ect.) I would love for you to join me and post your weekly goals (or just tips) then say how you did that week, I think it would be really fun to see how everyone's doing and it would really help to motivate me so I won't feel like I'm in this alone! I'll be starting Monday and I hope to see you all again soon!
